1. Return Window & Eligibility
We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unworn, unused, and unaltered, with all original tags and protective seals attached.

It must be in its original packaging.

You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return

⚠️ Important Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a formal return will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if:

Once you contact us with proof (such as photos or videos), we will evaluate the issue immediately and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please review the exceptions below:

Personal Care & Hygiene Goods: Beauty products, cosmetics, or personal accessories that have been opened.

Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, gases, or products containing batteries that face shipping restrictions.

Final Sale: Sale items, promotional clearance, and digital gift cards are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate, new purchase for the desired item.
7. Refunds Process
We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned item.

Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Processing Time: Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
