Souqar – Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Souqar! We partner with India’s leading courier networks (including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, and Xpressbees) to ensure your orders reach you safely and as quickly as possible.
Please review our shipping guidelines below:
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a notification with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery times depend on your location within India. While we strive to deliver ahead of schedule, the standard delivery estimates are as follows:

Please Note: Deliveries may take slightly longer during peak festive seasons (such as Diwali, Eid, or New Year), major e-commerce sale events, or unexpected weather disruptions. We appreciate your patience during these times.
3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 999]. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 80] will be applied at checkout.

All shipping charges are calculated dynamically and clearly displayed on the checkout page before you make a payment. There are no hidden fees or surprise fuel surcharges.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To ensure a seamless experience for genuine buyers, our COD services follow strict guidelines:

Verification: All COD orders undergo a mandatory automated verification via WhatsApp or an IVR call. Orders will only be dispatched after successful confirmation.

COD Handling Fee: A non-refundable handling fee of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 50, or write "Free"] applies to all COD orders to cover additional courier processing costs.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable or refuse the delivery without a valid reason, the package will be Returned to Origin (RTO), and future COD privileges for your account may be suspended.
5. Pincode Serviceability & Tracking

We ship to over 29,000+ pin codes across India. You can check if your area is serviceable by entering your pin code on the product page or at checkout.

If your location is completely unserviceable by our partner couriers, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

Once shipped, you can track your package directly through your Shopify account page or via the tracking link sent to your SMS/Email.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you receive an order where the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and report it to us immediately at shop@souqar.in

If you accept the package and find the internal items damaged, please share an unboxing video and photos with our support team within 24 hours of delivery so we can process a free replacement or refund.
